Next Workshops:
Scheduling for 2010 underway
The Freedom and Honor workshop is 2 ½ day post deployment transition training. As a veteran or active duty military, you have been changed by combat duty and can be challenged by a number of transition issues inherent after lengthy/multiple deployments. These changes are a natural outcome of your experience in-theatre. During a 2 1/2 day decompression training retreat, you will engage in a series of experiential exercises and cognitive learning to gain coping skills, perspective and take on a new leadership direction in your life. Designed by combat veterans and seasoned training experts, this is not a mental health program. This workshop will provide you an opportunity to:
- Integrate who you were before, who you were in-theatre and who you are now
- Decompress and recharge your mind, body and spirit
- Regain personal freedom and power
- Reconnect to family and friends
- Develop your personal mission
- Learn new skills and ways to manage your life and career
This challenging and fun program uses training techniques in bioenergetics, emotional intelligence, and paradigm shift along with a blend of history, legend, ritual and archetype. Our program focuses your core issues without "talk therapy". The goal of this workshop is to provide veterans a safe confidential retreat to come together and work through the impact of their combat experience along with the other challenges inherent in returning home.
Sponsorships: $1200 to sponsor a veteran; $650 for professionals to staff includes meals and accommodations Please note there is a $95 deposit required to secure your place.
